Just one of those days

So, a lightbulb just went off. After being a mom for 15 years and a wife for 11 years, I figured something out today. Just one of those days now has a new meaning for me. Just one of those days now means a good day. Of course I will probably forget that but oh well. I guess what I am getting at is when you have four kids, a husband, and a needy cat, every day is utter chaos. As you can tell by my posts this week. Take for example the mountains of paperwork required to enroll your child in school. Add in 3 meals a day times 6 people, that's a lot of kitchen time. Driving, laundry, homework, extracurricular activities, maintaining friendships, all eat up a ton of time. Not to mention eating, bathing, breathing etc. All of that takes up a ton of time . It would be a miracle if one day could go off without a hitch. Take for example finally getting to bed before midnight only to be awakened by a cat with not one but two massive hairball "issues". So, if I can remember, just one of those days will be when everyone's happy, no one throws up, the sink doesn't leak, the car runs smooth, etc. etc. you get the point. Praise the Lord it is a three day weekend and TGIF, because this week has been a bumpy ride. Thanks for letting me rant.
