I'm in BIG trouble !

I accidentally on purpose threw away the lid to Hayden's favorite pencil. It had sat on the kitchen counter since Friday and I was kinda tired of looking at it. Plus it was smaller than a thimble and clear and I kept thinking someone was going to step on it if/when it slid off the counter. I am now under strict instructions from him to find it before he comes home from school. I am seriously considering buying a 10 pack of those very same pencils from the $1 section at Target. For emergencies such as this and the one on Friday morning when we had lost the entire pencil lid and all.
